I have a special interest in communities of practice, co-design, leadership development (creativity and emotions), organisational culture, new technologies and communications. I formed Überology in 2013 having previously held senior roles in public services in the UK and Australia. I worked in the NHS for eleven years, including time in a Primary Care Trust, Strategic Health Authority, the Department of Health and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.  In that time I was also a board trustee at the Social Care Institute for Excellence and Booktrust.  I'm an Associate of the Point of Care Foundation and a member of the IHI Faculty.
