A senior Organisational Development Manager overseeing, designing and delivering leadership programmes and improvement using a facilitative approach designed to empower individuals and teams to make positive changes to their context and system. I work in close collaboration with the Royal College of Surgeons of England  to deliver the HandsFirst QI Collaboratives. Passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and the direct benefits inclusivity brings to patients and teams,  I am also an honorary lecturer of the Hull York Medical School, a Gold Trainer and active member of the Yorkshire and Humber Quality Improvement Trainers' Network.
