Currently working as a Programme Manager for Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB.

Previously worked within the Social Care setting as a Quality Improvement Manager and also as the Technical Project Manager for the Transformation team at Northumbria Healthcare for over 14 years.

I originally worked in various industries in technical roles and came to the NHS as an Infrastructure engineer for NHS North of Tyne. This role expanded to enabling me to facilitate both training and improvement events as well as continuing to be able to bring my technical knowledge so as to be able to advise and support my colleagues.

I have successfully project managed several large impact projects within the trust, noticeably being the 'Shine' project (Optimising medication within Care Homes) that was a high profile project run with backing from the Health Foundation.

I have an interest in Human Factors and am a Member of the regional Community of Practice.
