I believe in people, community and collaboration. Starting my career in social care, I've been lucky to also have experience in different fields, including leading an advocacy project in the voluntary sector.  I've been with Cambridgeshire County Council since 2007 in a number of different roles, the one I loved the most being as a Neighbourhood Cares Worker, bringing the Buurtzorg approach to the social care world in Soham.  Our team continue to share reflections from the initiative and beyond on our blog.
