Biography

A Pharmacy Technician with a passion for patient safety I have worked for the NHS across a number of sectors for 30 years. Currently working at Bradford Teaching Hospital as a Quality and Patient Safety Manager in the QI team. I am a Gold level QI trainer with the Yorkshire and Humber Improvement Academy and I'm part of the Yorkshire and Humber Quality Improvement Trainers Network (QITN).
