Hi all!

I love this discussion about the language. I am drawn to it because I think weaving is a nice visual analogy for connecting strong webs between people. Whether I will be brave enough to use the language with others outside this group I am far less sure of!

It fits in really well with Simon Breakspear’s work which we’ve been using in our team so I think will seem familiar to them.

I agree @heathershearer the word weaving resonates well for me too. Weaving requires the retention of individual threads and I think that is important – its not a fusion, or a clutter
