Biography

Jana leads the Quality Improvement team at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, which supports specialist cystic fibrosis clinical teams across the UK to monitor and explore quality of care, as well as plan and evaluate targeted quality improvement activities. Her background is in clinical audit, outcome measurement, patient experience research and quality improvement. She holds a PhD from Cardiff University and previously worked at King’s College London, Cancer Research UK and NHS England.
