I'm a Scottish Quality and Safety fellow and nurse leader working in NHS Highland.  I  lead Excellence in Care and the Scottish Patient Safety Programme along with managing the Quality Improvement team,  who inspire and challenge me to think differently every day.

I remain passionate about quality improvement, building a strong workplace culture and leadership in a health service that has faced challenge after challenge and continues to do so.  Finding new ways of doing things whilst supporting our staff and communities is paramount as we move forward.
