I have worked in Quality Improvement for over 10 years and have a 15 year career history in the health sector, housing sector, and third sector.

Throughout my career working with clinicians, patients, carers, victims of crime and victims of domestic and sexual abuse, I have worked on a range of projects and improvements and have a particular interest in building quality improvement capability and seeing it applied, and supporting people to think for themselves adopting the 10 components of Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment
