Both passionate and intrigued about improvement. The more I know the more there is to know and the more fascinating it becomes. Fundamentally our role is about people, creating both our own and others will to explore, challenge and experiment.

My "improvement" journey began as a biomedical scientist , combining the operational delivery of 5 services into 1.  I've led national, regional and organisational programmes and worked as an international consultant.

I am experienced in delivering, teaching and coaching in lean, six sigma, QSIR, Transactional analysis, and most recently led the introduction of Toyota Kata to the NHS. Kata provides a mechanism align leadership coaching, staff development to operational and strategy deployment

I am experienced executive coach and mentor.
