Biography
Amy has lead successful innovative change and health improvement programmes at the Health Innovation Network since 2016. She is currently the National Programme Manager lead for the HIN Polypharmacy Programme and a member of Q. Past programmes include the successful national roll out of FREED, the early intervention in eating disorders programme and Escape-Pain: Joint Pain Advisor Programme. Amy has led on multiple projects across South London focusing on mental health, digital interventions in mental health, MSK and dementia and successfully led the Q Lab funded Psychologically Informed Collaborative Conversations (PIC-C) 2018-19 and Peer Support Available to All (2017-18) projects. Prior to working in the NHS, Amy has led health research projects at national and local charities and within local Government.

To reduce harm to patients aged 75 + taking 10 or more medicines and harm to the environment through targeted /opportunistic conversations about medicines at key ‘touch point’ consultations delivered by health professionals
