Associate Improvement Advisor in Primary Care

Adeline is a HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a Masters in Science (Orthopaedics) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy). She started her career as a physiotherapist working in acute and primary care settings in Singapore and Scotland. She completed the IHI Open School’s Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety Course and NES Scottish Improvement Foundation Skills Course. She is completing her Scottish Improvement Leadership Programme at the moment. These courses built on her existing knowledge of improvement science to increase her confidence coaching staff. Her Quality Improvement (QI) journey started as a QI Facilitator with the NHS Lothian QI Support Team before becoming an Associate Improvement Advisor in Primary Care with Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
