Excellent and happy to vote for this and help .
I wonder if there will need to be a very simple test of cognitive ability in this group when initiating the discussion and recording it. Mild cognitive impairment is common and may need slightly different tactics ? Also follow up of this angle after deprescribing would be interesting.
