This complexity-focused lunch ‘n learn,  from Mark Eddleston (Reinventing Work), looks good:

Complexity & Organisations: Lunch & Learn

A basic grasp of Complexity is both fundamental to and sadly lacking in the world of New Ways of Working, so on 15 March I’m hosting a free Complexity & Organisations Lunch & Learn. Together, we’re going to watch, listen to, and read some of the most helpful introductory Complexity resources that I’ve come across. I hope you’ll join me!

Why focus on Complexity? Because leadership is much simpler when we understand the nature of the system we are working with.

    Here’s the plan:

    13.00 – Arrive & check-in
13.05 – Listen to a soundbite and watch a short video explainer together
13.15 – ‘Circle discussion’ on what stood out from the explainers
13.30 – Read a Harvard Business Review article on Complexity
13.40 – ‘1-2-4-ALL’ to further reflect on what we’ve listened to, watched, and read
    14.00 – Close.
So we’ll be using the session to practice a few progressive meeting structures that you can pop in your back pocket and hopefully use in your teams.

📅 To book your place simply respond to this email and I’ll add you to the invite: mark.eddleston@gmail.com

*Disclaimer: I am a Complexity enthusiast and not an expert or teacher, so we will be learning together.
