Hi Olivia thank you for the invitation. I have been doing a lot of research and development in the field of transformation and sustainable health care systems development for the past few years as Director of the England Centre for Practice Development a national centre for applied health research, practice development and innovation. I am now working with the International Institute for Practice Transformation (ImPACT) and have just co authored a new model for person centred sustainable transformation across systems with Professor Kim Manley shared on my profile page. Would be really interested in connecting with people who are working on the concept of transformation. I am just undertaking a systematic review and concept analysis of transformation currently for publication later this year.
