The upcoming Webinar, on systems convening by Etienne and Beverley Wenger, has got me thinking about this group and what possibilities might arise from using these concepts across our developing systems. I was lucky enough to be involved in our regional (North Cumbria. North East) pilot project as a member of a Commons Stewardship Group. This brought together a core Q group from across the region to look at how we could work together on an improvement idea. (more info here
