Hi all, I’ve just leaf my 18-month contract as Director fo Quality Improvement at CQC to return to my consulting practice.
I’m committed to helping people create better ways of organising – putting citizens and staff at the heart of work, learning how to design better ways of working on complex systems, and making work purposeful.
Really looking forward to learning with, and contributing to this group.

If yoou are avialble on 12th, joining our call is a good way to get to know people and build the relationships that underpin the learning. You will find notes from our calls and documents that people have contributed to in the docs section and purusing the threads can give you a sense of what people have found the most useful. If you find something interesting pleae join in. Let me know if you need anything, sometimes the platform can be abit cluncky so if you cant find anything you need just ping me a message.
