This 90 minute session aims to help attendees identify the key themes of engaging and influencing your stakeholder in improvement. It is intended to be an interactive conversation on the challenges and how to overcome them, so that together we can develop an understanding of what we need to prioritise and focus on when we are thinking about our engagement strategy. Please come prepared to share your experiences and bring examples of your own successes and challenges.

This session will be followed by a practical workshop on 17 June 2019, exploring the themes in more depth.

The session is designed for anyone working in health and care organisations such as clinicians, allied health professionals, nurses, managers or administrators, interested in learning and sharing experiences, come prepared with your examples of challenges and successes. The session will include breakfast!
