The third and final masterclass for Q members will focus on introducing hackathon and Q improvement lab methodology. The day will be led by Jono Broad, Patient Safety – Patient Leader, and will include learning the skills to deliver an Elevator Pitch, introducing Hackathons and Q Improvement Labs as a methodology.
