A conference for commissioners, managers and care providers focussing on the successful implementation of integrated (health, social care and voluntary sector) nutritional care for older people living in the community.

This year’s conference will be held on Thursday 17 November 2016, 09:00 to 16:00 at the Novotel Southampton.

We are looking forward to presentations from our keynote speakers who include Dr. Rachel Pryke RCGP Clinical Lead for Nutrition speaking on engaging with General Practice about Under nutrition, and Dr. Trevor Smith BAPEN lead on data and measurement giving us a national update on Malnutrition.

Planned workshops include: getting undernutrition on the commissioning agenda, providing good community nutritional care and raising awareness in carers / domiciliary care (training session).

There is no charge for attendance, but due to the popularity of this event, the attendance list is now full. We have opened a waiting list on Eventbrite. If you enter your details you will be contacted automatically should a place become available.
