This year, we’re trying something a little different and offering members two options to get involved in the community events: online and in-person.
In the challenging context we’re working within, it is vital to ensure that the time we spend together is valuable and supports us to take our work forward. The in-person events provide a unique opportunity to collaborate on issues that are important to you and help us make progress in the challenging context we’re working within.
You’ll hear from inspiring speakers, network with other members and explore ideas through Open Space.
The day will close with a session on collaborative improvement and you’ll hear from:
- Julian Hartley (Chief Executive, Leeds Teaching Hospitals)
- Kathryn Perera (Director, NHS Providers)
Open Space
This year, we have framed our Open Space around the question:
‘Thinking about the current context of the health and care system, what are the most important conversations we need to be having about collaborative improvement that will help you to progress your work?’
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- collaborate on issues that are important to you and help us make progress in the challenging context we’re working within
- lead conversations around your ideas and projects
- move through others’ conversations
- explore and record suggestions and insight, find people to involve and identify concrete actions to put in place.
The day will finish with a drinks reception for further networking and connections.
