Appreciative Inquiry is a way of looking at organisational change which focuses on doing more of what is already working, rather than focusing on fixing problems. It mobilises strategic change by focusing on the core strengths of an organisation, then using those strengths to reshape the future.
In this fun and interactive introductory session, attendees will learn about this change process, how it can be used and have the opportunity to work through a topic from their own setting. They will leave with tools to take this back to their teams and work through issues in more depth. Attendees are asked to come prepared with ideas for a topic to work on with the group.
This workshop is aimed at Q members and the UCLPartners Improvement Network. Attendees are encouraged to bring a colleague and work on a change topic together.
Places on this session are strictly limited and early registration is encouraged.
