How quality improvement has been used to foster joy at work

A community trust’s QI journey and how this has led to improved recruitment, retention and joy at work.

28 Sep 2021
13:00 – 14:00

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is one the largest community trusts in the country. Since the introduction and embedding of QI in 2018 we have been on a journey from a good to an outstanding organisation, recruitment and retention has improved, and our NHS staff survey results have shown significant changes in staff satisfaction.

We will provide examples of QI projects and team leadership, discuss staff engagement with QI, and Trust campaigns such as Cutting the Red Tape and Rock Paper Scissors as well as the impact of COVID-19 and how this has all cumulatively impacted on joy in work for our staff.
