Event Overview
Flowopoly is a highly participative learning session that shows healthcare staff how patient flow works. By replaying all of the patient moves during two separate days in the life of a general hospital, participants will gain an insight into what ‘good flow’ and ‘bad flow’ looks like. This tactile and visual awareness is reinforced during the workshops by data exhibits that show new ways of visualising and understanding patient flow.

This interactive event will:
Require the full participation of delegates in the innovative game of Flowopoly. The workshops will be delivered by Neil Pettinger, Training Consultant, Kurtosis.

Kurtosis is an information training consultancy that specialises in designingand delivering courses and workshops to NHS staff in how to make better use of data.

Who is this event aimed at?
Registrations are invited from any staff engaged in managing or supporting patient flow.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited to ensure the quality of the learning event. Please note that the same programme is being run on two consecutive days. You should register for one date only.

The fine print:
This event is free to all AQuA member organisations. Surplus places, if available, may be booked by Non AQuA Members at a cost of £100 per delegate. If you are unsure whether your organisation is a member, please click here.

Final event arrangements are confirmed with the venue up to two weeks before the event. In order to ensure that places are not wasted please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are no longer able to attend. Many of our events operate waiting lists so this will enable us to reallocate your place to someone else on the list.
