We were delighted to welcome Annaluisa Wood Matron of Alnwick and Berwick Community Hospitals and Anna Burhouse Director of Quality Development, Health Foundation Fellow who spoke about how they supported staff during the pandemic. The Trust has said that the pandemic has, rightly, elevated staff well-being in NHS organisations. Northumbria want to hold onto the importance of this work, and the strength of staff feedback. The session included a presentation by Annaluisa and Anna, and offered the opportunity for questions and further discussion.
