Co-design and collaboration with a diverse mix of stakeholders are important to consider from the early stages of a project. It ensures those with different expertise, expectations and perspectives can work together to solve emerging problems and sustain engagement at different stages of implementation.
The value of co-design regularly comes up in conversations across the community, but how does it happen in practice? In this interactive Community Space workshop, we focused on co-design in digital change projects. We drew on learning from case studies and real-life examples from across the community that demonstrate the value and importance of co-design and how this has had tangible benefits for digital change projects. Together, we explored how you can apply some of these principles to your work.

What is Community Space?
Through our community space event series, we aim to provide an interactive space for you to connect and collaborate with fellow members from across the UK and Ireland. We want to create a space where you can share your knowledge, experiences and insights with the community.
We will celebrate the learning that is generated from improvement projects and your experiences of applying improvement within your organisations. The floor will be yours to share your learning, and how it may be applied in other settings.
There will also be opportunities for you to network and meet other members, generating and renewing connections across the community.
