This workshop was held online and was delivered by Hexitime. The session was of particular value to the Network Weaving Special Interest Group (SIG) and other work linking to expertise and skill sharing in a community.
In the Hexitime workshop we supported SIG members to consider 4 key areas that can provide the starting point of a thriving collaborative community:
- What skills/expertise can you offer other members?
- What skills/expertise might you need from others to take your work forward?
- What ideas do you have to take the SIG/your area of work forward?
- What challenges are you facing when trying to improve services in your area?
The workshop included an introduction to Hexitime, an explanation and demonstration of the power of time banking when creating community networks, and supportive next steps to help the SIG make the most of the learning.
