NHS England and the AHSN Network are hosting a national Innovation Collaborative event (Hybrid: Online and In-Person event)

The event is a fantastic opportunity to network, engage and learn from health and care teams supporting people to stay safe and well at home, including care homes, through technology-enabled care and remote monitoring.

We will hear from the seven NHS regions across England about the local teams working to deliver and sustain inclusive digitally-enabled services that, since November 2020, have supported more than 487,000 people to be in the comfort of home. Projects include virtual wards enabled by technology, long term condition management, supporting people with severe mental illness to have an annual physical health check, and supporting residents in care homes.
We’re delighted to welcome a lived experience panel and diverse contributions from local and national leaders.

Join us to share experiences, challenges, and insights with peers from across the country as we unite to celebrate achievements and learning through collaboration.

You can join virtually or in-person to network and learn from each other at a hybrid live session packed with examples, connections and ideas to help support people to stay safe and well at home, including care homes, through technology-enabled care.

Our in person venue is central Birmingham – IET Birmingham: Austin Court (80 Cambridge Street, Birmingham, B1 2NP) , which will also host a post-event networking lunch.
