Life Purpose Affirmation Cards

Living our values and reminding ourselves of our purpose is good for wellbeing both in our work and personal life. Sometimes, with challenges we face, we can lose our sense of purpose, sense of selfcare and if we are not careful this can contribute to burnout and compassion fatigue. These cards are for selfcare and can act as a reminder to look after ourselves and reflect on what matters to us. They can be used with the motivation workbook which is also in the document section of the Staff wellbeing SIG. These cards can also be used with teams, and maybe an inspiration for staff to create their own affirmations. These alone will not resolve all the challenges we face, they just may help make them a little bit more bearable to help maintain/improve our motivation to care for our wellbeing and nurture out energy to contribute to finding the improvement solutions we know are needed for those using and receiving health and social care services. .
