I looked at all of them. My favourite article was ‘internet era ways of working’. I also like the GDS definition for digital. I’ll add more of my thoughts from the articles when I have more time. There are a couple of areas that I don’t think are well covered by these and other articles but, in my view, are of key importance.
Please do share which areas you are referring to, and we’ll try and share some articles in those areas later.
