Biography
I am a systems thinker, passionate about learning to improve. Since joining the NHS last year, I have facilitated a significant transformation in our local Chemotherapy service, and am currently working on transformation initiatives in Trauma (NOFs), Radiotherapy and Gynae. I have also previously facilitated transformation in my local authority, including multi-organisational change to connect Health and Social Care for both adults and children.
