Biography

Victoria is an east London GP working in a diverse area of high medical complexity and deprivation.

Victoria has extensive clinical commissioning experience having lead on Planned Care and Integrated Care in east London. She is the Research Lead of East London Health and Care Partnership (ICS) and a member of the NHSE&I Allocations Advisory Group.

In her academic role at Queen Mary University of London, Victoria undertakes research on health policy with a focus on the design and evaluation of healthcare interventions and their impact on professional behaviour and health inequalities. She is also involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervises GP Academic Clinical Fellows, and BSc and MSc students in Global Health and Sports and Exercise Medicine. Victoria is a member of the NIHR Health Services & Delivery Research (HS&DR) Funding Committee.

Victoria is a non-executive director at Turning Point, a director at Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) and a Founding Senior Fellow and Council member of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.

Victoria champions critical thinking and inclusive debate which challenges assumptions and can lead to better solutions.
