Due to a slight administrative oversight we had duplicated our sustainability application for the polypharmacy and deprescribing presentation at the RCGP annual conference in October and so we are actually on after all ,which is great news !

It appears too often the link between Polypharmacy / deprescribing and sustainability is over-looked. CSH are currently doing some with within NEL ICS with medicines optimisation teams and in primary care to look at this from a sustainability…Read more
