I have an MSc in Medical Parasitology from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, however, my journey in the NHS began as a healthcare assistant  where I became involved in quality improvement work. Previously, I worked as the Physical Health Innovation Lead where I supported the inpatient and community teams with improving the quality of assessments and documentation of physical health assessments and interventions. I also co-led a project aimed at improving the wellbeing of staff in St Charles Hospital.

I am currently employed as an Improvement Coach where I support  teams in CNWL with quality improvement initiatives aimed at finding innovative ways to improve the quality of services we provide to patients in CNWL and improving the general working environment for our staff.
