Hi Tom, in your Oct 30th webinar on ‘implementing a quality management system based on ISO 7101: 2023 in an NHS trust’, will you be sharing which NHS trust it was?
No but you are welcome to join the webinar. I’ll be talking about healthcare generally and not about particular Trusts.
Certainly sounds interesting, and I plan to come along. Will even read ISO 7101: 2023 by then!
The NHS trust in question presumably hasn’t sought actual certification – I think only one hospital so far has successfully done that (Hospital Puebla, Mexico).

Yes, certification only if it’s mandated. Much to expensive. The CQC could design their own version of an external audit but I’ll not hold my breath. Any off the shelf guide, like some of the noddy software solutions, will be a waste of money and time.
