Hi Maria, re timings, we have been using troika for QI project teams to discuss their projects and any challenges they are having. We use the following timings and it seems to work well:
Client has 2 mins to choose a challenge
Client has 3 mins to explain challenge
Consultants have 3 mins to ask clarifying questions
