A senior healthcare leader with advanced change management skills and extensive Board and operational experience in complex settings.

With over 30 years clinical and general management experience and 10 years executive and non-executive Board experience, at national and organisational level, Susan brings strategic focus and external perspectives. Used to managing diverse organisational priorities, and holding accountability for delivery, quality and reputation in public sector and limited company settings. Analytical, with advanced problem solving skills, Susan can translate complex issues into practical solutions. She brings presentation and interpersonal skills and a commitment to partnership working.  Susan will provide an independent view, purposeful and constructive scrutiny and challenge, whilst maintaining a strong customer service ethos and setting high standards for ethics diversity and inclusion.

In her consultancy role Susan works on a portfolio of projects across health, social care, academic, and charitable sectors. Outside work Susan is an accomplished sailor, crewing in ocean, offshore and inshore races and regattas.

Based in London but able to work nationally/internationally.
