Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, I am a self-starting, passionate and flexible learning and organisational development leader. With over twenty years’ experience in the field of organisation development, quality improvement and transformation, I have a diverse range of experience successfully leading teams to support organisational design and effectiveness, leadership, culture change, quality improvement and programme management. My work demonstrates a strong commitment to organisational improvement, inclusivity, and team health within a range of sectors.

My varied experience has been with Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, home to Restorative Just and Learning Culture, Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the largest acute Foundation Trust in the country as Head of Organisational Development, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the UK’s leading professional services firm as Development Manager for Assurance in the North, Waitrose, John Lewis Partnership, one of the top ten UK retail companies, where I have worked in both training and selling, and with Thomson Holidays, a major UK holiday provider in Advertising. I am currently Assistant Director of Organisational Effectiveness at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.
