This project will extend a successful NHS QI programme to include partners with whom we work in the community - in particular care homes & voluntary sector organisations, via training and project work
Improving in Partnership with patients and communities, Side by Side
To co-produce a patient/ service user QI programme (including training and a peer support network) : equipping those that use our services with the knowledge, skills and confidence to identify and co-deliver improvement projects, in partnership with our teams.
Joining Demand & Capacity with QI: Empowering the Front Line
Upskill community based teams to use data to fully understand waiting lists, demand and capacity; and then use Quality Improvement methods to identify and test different ways of working.
Understand My World, Improve My Care: Young People as Educators
Co-design of a training package for staff designed and delivered by young people using mental health services. A focus on understanding their ‘worlds’ will improve communication, care and outcomes.
