I'm a health services researcher at a NHS Scotland board in the quality improvement hub (ihub) directorate. I have experience in evidence synthesis and evaluation with a focus on the application of qualitative methods in a QI context. Recent projects include:
- rapid qualitative research synthesis informing the redesign of unplanned care
- exploration of frailty care integration as part of a 90 day innovation cycle
- exploration of a clinical faculty model in primary care
