Hello, I am Rebecca Damilola. I'm passionate about improving processes, people side of change, the conditions that enable change and capturing impact.

Most of my NHS career has been all about improvement, I guess it's safe to say that it is a journey and I am delighted to be part of the Q community to learn and share learning.
