I started my career in social care as a volunteer in a boarding school in Uganda. I was a carer with Mencap, Support Worker in Reading Community Mental Health team and student Social Worker at St Mungo's. I then practiced as a Social Worker for two years in Camden and Islington's older adults mental health team and then joined the fabulous original Quality Improvement team. In February 2020 I moved to East London Foundation Trust, where I am enjoying my new role as a Senior Improvement Advisor.
