I'm a NHS patient and I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. I'm also an optimist and currently half way through my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (Bucks New University). My areas of research are:

In 2019 I joined Richmond Borough Mind as a Trustee. I want to change how people view and approach mental health in the workplace and in the community.

I've been working in Human Resources for over 17 years, on employee centered and technology related projects both in the U.K. and abroad. I never stop learning and I'm super curious about the links between physical health and psychological wellbeing.

I would like to contribute to the discussions on and a project on Mental health and persistent pain.
