Previously a patient focused leader within the NHS, he has a proven track record in interaction with all stakeholders from service users, staff members through to members of the board ensuring that quality improvement is a primary focus in all work streams.
The ability to provide expert clinical practice in Paramedic pre hospital care and taking the lead role in the delivery is a key driver.
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer at the College of Paramedics he is responsible for the day to day operational, business and administrative functions of the college. He will also help develop a culture that aligns with the College vision to inspire and enable all paramedics to participate in the profession within an environment based on safety, collegiality, inclusiveness, mental and physical wellbeing, and innovation.
