Sorry to have missed this event but thanks for the link! We are gradually embedding SusQI but are still learning. We have the Continuous Quality Improvement team on board who have adapted QI training to include triple bottom line. Has anyone had much success in working with infection control? We have lots of blocks on reusable masks, reducing inhaler use in lung function testing, reusable gowns etc etc due to infection control guidance. Any tips on how to successfully engage, persuade and move forward would be much appreciated!
