Biography

I am an Implementation Manager at UCL Partners, a Health Innovation Network, specifically supporting climate initiatives to contribute to the Net Zero agenda and help teams and partners work towards reducing emissions in healthcare.

Previously I was a Quality Improvement Advisor and coach based at King's College NHS Foundation Trust. My day job involved supporting anyone involved in healthcare at the Trust who are involved in or would like to do improvement work. This included training, coaching, supporting on the work directly as well as (alongside my team) building up an improvement culture at the trust.

I am also a member of the National QI Communications Group who meet monthly to talk about communications strategies, tests and ideas to help celebrate and use comms to assist in embedding QI in healthcare.

Alongside Nicola Lowe, Communications and Engagement Manager at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust I am the co-founder of Quality Improvement: Caring for People and Planet. An annual event series that shares stories of improvement and opportunities to connect around green, sustainability focused work happening across the NHS.
