I am currently the Senior Improvement Leader in North Middlesex University Hospital. My major role is to support strategy deployment and implementation of the management system on quality improvement across the trust. I also focus on capability building across the trust in using the Patient First Management System. I have supported numerous quality improvement projects and have extensive experience in coaching individuals on problem solving and quality improvement methodologies.

I am a Pharmacist by background, and has extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and senior management. On top of quality improvement, I also have special interest and experience in medication safety and leadership.
