As Head of Service Improvement at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, I am interested in:

- Improvement and innovative culture, methodology,

- Development of NHS IMPACT, action plans and assessment techniques.

- Co-prodcuction

- Sustainability, prevention, flexible working and delivering care closer to home

- Clinical research and trials

- I am a level 5 qualified Coach and Mentor
