Hi all,
I’m hoping you can help me. Does anyone have a QI project readiness/complexity tool they use prior to starting or supporting QI projects that they would be happy to share with me? We are looking to design one within our Trust and so any guidance to start would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance
Chris

Welcome to the SIG Chris. Do you have a QMS in Liverpool?
Thanks Thomas, we are currently in the process of designing and discussing what a QMS would look like in Liverpool.
