Biography
Currently setting up a Home Visiting MDT service to enable older adults to live better at home.
Director of Community Hospital Association.
I have worked for the past 6 years at Evesham Community Hospital (part of Worcestershire Health ìand Care Trust) as the General Practitioner covering Stroke, Palliative Care and Elderly care patients.
I am always striving to improve patient care where possible, ensure continuing professional development for myself and encourage those I supervise to stay up to date.
